With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mamie Jones Cheeks (Clinton, New Jersey), born in Laurens, South Carolina, who passed away on April 13, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Jones and Sally Jones. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Lois Jones, Sarah Jean Jones, Patricia Ann Conway, Georgia Harrison and Sleater Scurry; and her sister Shirley Mae Murray. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, fifteen great- grandchildren, four great great grandchildren and many other loving relatives and friends.
