He is survived by: his wife Donna Gubernat; his children, Jason Gubernat (Colleen) of Pittstown, NJ and Jessica Gubernat of Pittsburgh, PA; and his siblings, John Gubernat of Pepperell, MA, Neil Gubernat of Baltimore, MD, Paul Gubernat of Piscataway, NJ and Christine Mosier of Piscataway, NJ.
