He was predeceased by: his parents, George J Milligan and Margaret Milligan (Rush); his sister Dora Jean Whitfield; and his brother-in-law John Whitfield. He is survived by: his family Jennifer Byers (Laine); his nephew Jeffrey Whitfield (Leigh); and his great-nephews, Skyler Whitfield, Will Byers and Miles Annas.
