It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank C. Hooper (Clinton, New Jersey), born in Massena, New York, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William George Hooper and Primrose Lawrence Hooper (Joan); his children, Amelia and William; and his brothers, Laurence and Billy Hooper.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions a Celebration of Frank's life will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of Flowers. Memorial Contributions can be made to the Willian Randolph Hooper Foundation Inc. (15 West Main Street Clinton, N.J. 08809) in care of the Clinton Christmas Parade.
