He is survived by: his son Charles F. Jr. Returning (Clarissa) of Warren; his wife Jean; his daughter Cindy Wagner of Poultney, VT; his grandchildren, Eric (Rosie) of Eastampton, NJ, Christopher (Lauren) of Morristown, NJ and Emma (Faith); his great grandchild Aurora Rose of Eastampton, NJ.; and his siblings, Dina Bowers of Flemington, NJ, Louis Wagner of Leesburg, FL and Richard Wagner (Gretchen) of Chester, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
