He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margarita Vargas (Pagan); his children, Arlene Montanez (Alex) and Dilcia White (Joseph); his grandchildren, Courtney, Joseph, Nichole and Alex; his great grandchild Gianna; and his siblings, Paul, Norma, Mary and Nancy. He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
