(Slezsak); his daughters, Victoria Hollis (Joseph) of Clifton, Lesley Bourdette (Michael) of Lake Hiawatha and Shannon Brand (William) of Clifton; his grandchildren, Joseph, Matthew, Michael Hollis, Nicole Ploth, Christopher Herrmann, Kaitlyn Bourdette and Rebecca Rhodes; his great grandchild Gianna Ploth; and his niece Andrea Bratis.
Memorial donations to St. Peter's Episcopal Church or to St. Peter's Haven will be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
