She is survived by: her husband Jan Cisek; her sons, Matt Cisek (Mateusz) and Paul (Cyryl Metody); her sisters, Teresa Powadiuk, Wieslawa Dybowska (Janusz) and Danuta Listopad (Jan); and her grandchildren, Nadia and Benjamin. She is also survived by her family and friends.
