She was predeceased by: her husband Antonio Hernandez Perez; her son Jesus Manuel Hernandez; her siblings, Roberto Montalvo and Carmen Purcell; and her granddaughter Megan Harriman.
She is survived by: her son Antonio Hernandez (Andrea) of Clifton; her sister Hilda Montalvo of Puerto Rico; her grandchildren, Jayde T. Gouveia-Hernandez of Massachusetts, Amber D. Scoggin of Colorado and Edward Harriman of Hoboken; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Walker Scoggin of Colorado.
