He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean (Mazzola). He is survived by: his children, Janiec Costello (Tim) of Clifton and Joan Manella of Ramsey; his grandchildren, Ryan (Dana) and Tim (Samantha); his great grandchild Everly Costello; and also Krystyna.
