He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward and Hannah LaMonica. He is survived by: his son Jacob Mazur; his parents, Steve Mazur and Marlo Mazur; his brothers, Alexander Mazur, Edward Mazur and Israel Morales; and his grandmother Pauline Mazur. He is also survived by aunts and cousins.
