She was predeceased by: her parents, Meczyslaw Duda and Katarzyna Duda (Kuzemczak); her husband Wladyslaw Zakrzewski; her granddaughter Joann Zakrzewski; and her siblings, Antoni Duda, John Duda, Michal Duda, Maria Laba and Anna Kinal.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Zakrzewski (Christina), Myron Zakrzewski (Irena), Maria Sasiadek (Wesley), Andrew Zakrzewski (Eileen), Joseph Zakrzewski (Danielle) and Richard Zakrzewski (Elba); her grandchildren, Janet (Robert), Cindy (Roman), Melissa (Krzysztof), John (Kate), Michelle (Stan), Eric (Magda), Monika (Brian), Mark Jr. (Joanna), Brittany, Samantha, Melanie, Jason, Allie and Aiden; her great grandchildren, Brandon, Nikolai, Alexei, Avalyn, Logan, Andrei, Zachary, Maya, David, Wesley, Alessia and Walter; and her siblings, Katarzyna Baran (Bogdan) and Joseph Duda (Genowefa). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
