She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen DeMarcky and Margaret DeMarcky (Taffey); her husband Thomas V. Lyons Sr.; her children-in-law, Joan Lyons and Steve Nitzsche; and her siblings, Mary, Margaret, Stephen, Anthony and Patrick.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas V. Lyons Jr. (Diane Kopp), Rose Marie Nitzsche (Terry) and Jeffrey Lyons; her grandchildren, Lisa (Alvin), Thomas, Jennifer (Adam), Christopher, Cara (Andrew) and Andrew; her great grandchildren, Everett and Aiden; her nephew James; and her nieces, Kathleen, Michelle, Deborah and Donna.
A reception will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Allwood Funeral Home (660 Allwood Rd, Clifton, NJ 07012).
In lieu of flowers, donations to either The Clifton Firefighter's Foundation, 219 Valley Road, Clifton, New Jersey 07013, or The Friends of the Clifton Public Library, 292 Piaget Avenue, Clifton, New Jersey 07011 would be appreciated.
