She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Francisco Tortosa and Escolastica Tortosa; her husband Ernesto Lubugan; her daughters, Eva (Jonas Ravago), Sally (Erwin Valdez), Maria Teresa (Marc Crisostomo) and Erlinda (Gordon Garcia); and her grandchildren, Justin, Jao, Jonah, Marco, Teo, Betty and Angel.
