He is survived by: his children, Robert Terry of Clifton and Nancy Angell of Edison; his grandchildren, Courtney Terry, Thomas J. Angell II and Lisa Angell; and his brother George Terry.

In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Clifton Animal Shelter.
