He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Mancinelli and Mary Mancinelli; and his brother James T. Mancinelli. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mancinelli of Clifton; his sons, Kenneth Mancinelli (Naddia) of Clifton, Stephen Mancinelli (Cristina) of Delray Beach, FL and James Mancinelli of Clifton; his sister Mary Ellen Cox (Henry) of Lincoln Park; and his granddaughter Lily. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
