She is survived by: her parents, Kenneth Slappy and Rhonda Slappy of Paterson, NJ; her children, Kallee Slappy, Kamren Smith of Maplewood, NJ and Elijah Smith of Maplewood, NJ; her siblings, Kimyada O'Neal of Union, NJ and Jamal Slappy (Starenda Whitfield) of Paterson, NJ; her nieces, Lauren Freeman of Paterson, NJ, Sanai Frazier of Paterson, NJ and Jade Slappy of Paterson, NJ; her nephew Kenyon O'Neal of Maplewood, NJ; and her cousins, Teisha McKinney of Woodridge, NJ and Calvary Baptist Church.
