He is survived by: his mother Lucinda Amico (Bullis); his wife Nina Bouchett; his siblings, Glenn Amico (Tami), Denise Clark (Daniel) and Peggy Di Tommaso; and also, Joseph Amico, Michael Amico (Janet), Brenda Amico and Brian Amico. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
