She was predeceased by: her son Armando Silva. She is survived by: her husband Guillermo Silva; and her children, Cecilia Silva, Elicia Orrillo, Susana Silva, Mauricia Rivera, Mirtha Silva, Karin Silva and Daniel Silva. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
