He was predeceased by: his siblings, Olha Palydowycz and Christina Kuzmuk. He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Helen Maksymiw-Lakicevic (Bo), Michael Maksymiw (Genia), Stephen Maksymiw, Andrew Maksymiw (Samantha) and Irene Conant (Roger); his siblings, Mary Wengryn and Teo Kulyk; his grandchildren, Gabriel, Nathaniel Maksymiw, Kalynna, Zenovi Maksymiw, Dennis Lakicevic (Jessica), Kelli Pinnola (Alfonso) and Casey Lakicevic; and his great grandchildren, Paisley, Bradley Lakicevic, Weston and Dean Pinnola. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
