He was predeceased by: his siblings, Donald Blake of Lyndhurst, NJ and Lorraine Long; his brother-in-law Edward Long; and his niece Nancy Simpson (Long) of Seaside Park, NJ.. He is survived by: his wife Joan Blake; his daughters, Susan Panek (Walter J. Panek Jr.) of Randolph, NJ and Patricia Dunn (Paul Dunn) of Pompton Plains, NJ; his grandchildren, Allison Panek, Shane and Jack Dunn; and his siblings-in-law, William Walsh (Sandra) of Clifton, NJ, James Walsh (Claire) of Kingsland, GA and Kathleen Blake of Lyndhurst, NJ.
