He was predeceased by: his daughters, Angela and Justina. He is survived by: his spouse Ivanna Yaremchuk (Fuchko); his daughters, Mary, Christine and Irene; his stepchild Lubomyr Fuchko (Diana); his grandchildren, Michael Barcelowsky, Mark Barcelowsky, Maria Lewis, Sonia Klosky, Barbara and Isabelle; and his great grandchildren, Caitlin, Brandon, Hayden, Ethan, Madden and Victoria.
