With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Quentin Whitley (Clifton, New Jersey), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on April 28, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William E. Whitley and Shirley Hoxter Whitley; his wife Julia Van Hoorebeke Whitley of Clifton, NJ.; his sons, Joshua Whitley of Baltimore, MD and Brendan; his daughter-in-law Heather Buchanan Whitley of South Lyon, MI; his grandchildren, Brendan, Gabrielle, Lennon and Elliotte; his brother Timothy G. Whitley; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Whitley of Wake Forest, NC..
