He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregory and Anna (Toporowycz); and his siblings, William, Gregory and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Olga Moczula (Kuzyk); his children, Martha and Boris (Maureen Varley); his grandchildren, Andrew (Caitlin), Mary (Matthew Letner) and Timothy (Kimberly); and his great grandchildren, Ava and Rose.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Michael's memory to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church.
