She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Kollar. She is survived by: her children, Linda Townshend and Douglas Kollar; and her grandchildren, Anna Kollar, Jessica Townshend, Stephen Kollar and Amber Freeman. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers contributions to Wounded Warrior Project, Eva's Kitchen or Alzheimer's Association, would be appreciated.
