She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Rienstra and Marie Rienstra. She is survived by: her wife Michele O'Connor of Woodland Park; her sons, Kevin Isleib (Laurel) of Sanatoga, PA and Kreg Isleib (Joanne) of Spring City, PA; her grandsons, Kyle and Jayson; her sister Judi Hoft (Jim) of Nutley; and her nephews, Justin and Travis.

In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, in Karen's name, would be appreciated.
