He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Wormuth and Elizabeth Wormuth; and his wife Rose M. Wormuth. He is survived by: his children, William J. Wormuth and Marie Stempkowski (Leo) of Wantage; his siblings, Bobby Wormuth of Texas and Ann Horne (Bobby) of Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Kamrin, Jordan, Alexis and Justin.
