He was predeceased by: his parents, John Strus and Christina Strus; and his sister-in-law Marilyn K. Strus. He is survived by: his brother Peter Strus; his nephew David P. Strus (Theresa); his niece Christine Ann Camano (Dennis); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, David Robert Strus, Lynzi Christine Strus, Alexa Camano, Bianca Camano, Daniel Camano and Susana Barbagallo.
