He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Laura O'Connell, David Podolak (Sheila) and Nancy Kuta (Robert); and his grandchildren, Kelly Podolak, Emily Podolak, Brian O'Connell, Trevor Kuta and Justin Kuta.
