It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph E Aughey (Clifton, New Jersey), born in Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on October 4, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Merida Aughey; and his sister Catherine. He is survived by: his children, Patty Telischak (John) of Apple Valley, Minn, Maureen Aughey of Flemington, Jeanette Aughey of Totowa and Joanne Aughey of Hamburg; his grandchildren, John, Nicole, Amanda, Michael, Gregory, Dan and Ariel; his great grandchild Francesca; and his siblings, Julia Pursley and George Aughey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center would be appreciated.
