He was predeceased by: his father John A. Klukowicz. He is survived by: his mother Jane Klukowicz (Calabrese) of Clifton; his brother Dr. Alan J. Klukowicz (Karen) of North Caldwell; his nephews, Brian and Kevin; his niece Kathryn; his sister Mariann DelCalzo of Hasbrouck Heights; his nieces and nephews, Joseph, Anthony, Mark and Kristen; and also, Holly Klukowicz, Jason, Kristopher and Rikki D'Maria.
