She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Madej and Katarzyna Madej; her husband John; and her brother Ed. She is survived by: her daughter Kathy; and her siblings, John Madej and Marion Klement. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
