He is survived by: his wife Janice Strub; his children, Jessica Guercioni, Jennifer O'Neill, Danielle Makara, Richard Strub and Kristen Lombardi; his grandchildren, Madison, Dylan, Grace, Joseph and Alexandra; and his siblings, Jerry O'Neill and Judy Hausworth.
