It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Iris Rivera of Clifton, New Jersey, born in New York, New York, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Angelo Rivera; her parents, Albert Tavares and Altagracia Tavares; and her brothers, Rudolph, Charles and Julio Tavares.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Achmetov and Cathy Shanahan (Owen); her grandchildren, Jason Achmetov, Marisa Forte (Antonio), Owen Shanahan (Stephanie) and Callie Shanahan; and her great grandchildren, Marley Forte, Mila Shanahan and Domenic Forte. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Face masks must be worn and social distancing will apply at the Cemetery.
