She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Angel Acevedo; her children, Roberto Mercedes of Port Washington, NY, Haydee Mercedes (Raffaele Fabiano) of Nutley, Richard Mejia of Baltimore, MD and Renso Mejia of Reisertown, MD.; her grandchildren, Julissa, Jennifer, Antonio, Arissa and Michael; and her great grandchild Jadiel.
