She was predeceased by: her son Adam Krzemieniecki; her sister Zofia Piechnik; her nephew Marek; and her brother Tadeusz Piechnik. She is survived by: her sons, Paul Page (Moriah) of Bradenton, FL and Philip Krzemieniecki of Albany, NY.; her grandchildren, Noah, Alex and Nina Page; her brother Stanislaw Piechnik; and her nieces, Marlena (Marcin) and Nike Piechnik.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of the funeral home in loving memory of Halina.
