She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Hoffman. She is survived by: her children, Linda Sausa (Kenneth) of Lake Placid, NY, Ronald Hoffman, Jr. (Julie) of Piedmont, SC and Donna Helton of Westwood, NJ; and her grandchildren, Christie Sausa of Ronald Hoffman, III, Stephanie Hoffman, Corey Helton and Brittany Helton.
