We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2019, at the age of 91, Edward Ackaway (Clifton, New Jersey), born in Paterson, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Michael, George, Joseph Ackaway and Josephine Ackaway. He is survived by: his brother Floor Covering; his spouse Elizabeth Ackaway of Clifton; his children, Theresa Piros (Joseph) of Clifton, Susan Bleeker of Franklin Lakes and Edward Ackaway, Jr. of Clifton; his sister Catherine Costello (Dominick) of Pennsylvania; his sister-in-law Georgetta Ackaway of Wayne; and his grandchildren, Danielle Bleeker, Joey Piros, John Bleeker and James Piros. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Ann's Charitable Society, 802 Rifle Camp Road, Woodland Park, NJ 07424 would be preferred and appreciated.
