She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Maynard and Mary Esther Mendoza; her brother John (Richard E. Ricciardi); and her close friend Patch. She is survived by: her children, Debra, Suzann (Robin) and Kenneth (Kathleen); her stepdaughter Cynthia (Ciro); and her grandchildren, Eric, Nichole, James, Joseph and Kenna.

In lieu of flowers, Doris prefers donations to research on breast cancer and Parkinson's.
