We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2021, at the age of 52, David Jay Falcon of Clifton, New Jersey, born in New York, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas John Falcon of Haskell and Matthew David Falcon of Haskell; his parents, Shirley Jean Milutinovich of Clifton and José Antonio Falcon of Cidra; his brother Richard Joseph Falcon of Clifton; and his nieces, Cassandra Anastasia Falcon and Kelly Elizabeth Falcon.
