She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Jackson and Pearlean Gibson; her husband Eugene Singletary, Jr.; her siblings, Jim Austin, Edward Austin and Ruth Randolph; her godchildren, Johnnie Ree Fennell (Rebop) and Wayne L. Gibson; her parents-in-law, Eugene Singletary Sr. and Fannie Singletary; and her siblings-in-law, Leon Singletary, Early Hoskins, Jane Hester, Jeanette Williams, Ceola Gibbs and Mordello Bateman.

She is survived by: her daughter Renee Michelle Singletary; her grandchildren, Charlie G. Singletary, Jewerlean Riddick (Khalil) and Wayne Singletary; her brother Allen Mansfield (Lynn); her goddaughters, Kenya Patterson, Angela Fennell and Ellen Gibson; her granddaughter Jasmine King; her cousins, John B. Lawson and Thomas Gibson; and her aunt Mary Gibson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
