She was predeceased by: her parents, Federico Diaz and Rosario Bolivar Diaz; and her siblings, Honorio Diaz and Victoria Diaz Fojas. She is survived by: her husband Ricardo Perez of Clifton; her daughters, Rosalyn Perez of Hoboken and Anabelle Perez Gray (Tim W. Gray) of Hoboken; her siblings, Agatha Diaz, Artily Diaz Inocencio, Nilo Diaz, Erno Diaz of New York, Dr. Osias Diaz of Brooklyn, NY and Dolores Diaz Parayno of Toronto, Canada; her grandchildren, Thomas and Charlotte; and her siblings, Jack and Grace Belina.
