She was predeceased by: her parents, William Post and Adrianna Post; and her brother Ronald Post. She is survived by: her husband Donald Ban of Clifton; her children, Lisa Helou of Clifton, Glenn Ban of East Hampton, NY and Nicole Ban of Montclair; her brothers, Conrad Post of Roxbury, William Post and Donald Post of Wallington; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Helou, Stephanie Helou, Amber Helou, Alexander Helou, Charles Ban Williams, Charlotte Malyska-Ban and Nora Malyska Ban.
