She was predeceased by: her husband John Steven Maziarski; and her brother John Diak. She is survived by: her children, Leonard John Maziarski of Clifton and Barbara Ann Cuny (Robert) of Howell, NJ; her granddaughters, Lisa Smith (Andrew) and Kristin Kollberg (Mikael); and her great grandchildren, Isla, Harrison, Tessa Smith and Carter Kollberg.
