She is survived by: her children, Olga Dembicki of Clifton, Julian Dembicki of Wayne and John Dembicki of Fuquay-Varina, NC; her brother Jaroslaw Adamiak of Poland; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Zaydan (Abe), Ryan Dembicki (Maxine), Kellie, Jason and Justin Dembicki; and her great grandchildren, Amara Zaydan and Ryleigh Drew Dembicki.
