Anastacia was predeceased by: parent Nicanor Vizmonte, Jr.. Anastacia is survived by: parent Consorcia Vizmonte (Vigonte); siblings, Ireneo "Boy" Vizmonte (Eileen) and Nicanor Vizmonte, III; wife Lolita; friend Teresita Bruce (Gil) of Clifton; and also, Jovita Mateo and Adonis Vizmonte (Joy).
