He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Miller and Bertha Miller (Walsh); and his siblings, Robert Miller, Jack Miller, Walter Miller and Bertha O'Halloran.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian; his children, Bart Palumbo, Darlene Scannell (Richard), Doreen Skeens (James) and Robin Wheeler (David); his granddaughters, Krystine, Samantha, Jessica, Jillyan, Nicole and Jennifer; his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Anthony, Gianna and Ava; and his brother Richard W. Miller (Lorraine). He is also survived by 4 children.
