He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruthie Mae Polen and Paul Rodney English II; his grandmother Donnie Belle Wiley; his aunt Wille Belle; and his daughter Regina.
He is survived by: his wife Toni English; his daughter Paula; his sister Sheila Polen; his mother-in-law Bertha Brown; his siblings-in-law, Kevin, Bob, Michael, Mark, Jackie Londy (James), Debbie, Karen, Lorraine and Michelle; and his cousins, Diana Gumbs (Marvin) and Darlene Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
