He is survived by: his wife Lillian Finley; his children, Tanya Frederick (Michael), Athena Underwood (Laverne), Alethea Vaughn (Arthur), Melvin Finley (Leola), Darren Finley (Denise), Kim Morries, Juanita Finley (Derek), Charles Thomas, Charlene Thomas, Mary Thomas, Michelle Davis and Harold Watson (Noelia); his caregiver Latonia Finley; his sisters, Janet Wilson, Emma Yelverton, Jacqueline Waller and Gwendolyn Alexander; his cousin Geraldine Kee; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Finley, Mitchaleen Daniels (Cliff), Trina Boyd, Deborah Bartley, Raymond Bennett and Leon Mills; and his close friends, Trent Leroy Rhodes, Cliff Daniels and Terry Crank. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
