He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde O. Plummer and Virginia Plummer (Easterly); his daughter Dawn Marie Figueiras; his sister Claire Virginia Dickson; and his sister-in-law Marleen Plummer.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Plummer; his son-in-law Frank Figueiras; his sons, William Robert Plummer (Jacalyn) of Delaware Township, David Richard Plummer (Tara) of New Ringold, Raymond Roy Plummer (Jennifer) of Gettysburg, Steven Ray Plummer (Olga) of Linden and James R. Plummer (Maureen) of Barnegat; his grandchildren, Serina Lee (Andrew), Teresa Figueiras (Alexis), Brittany Vassallo (David), William Robert Plummer II, Haley Lombardo, David William Plummer, Matthew Plummer (Ricki), Daniel Plummer (Marissa), Rebecca Plummer (Elijah), Bryan Steven Plummer, Nicholas Ray Plummer, Andrew Michael Plummer, Caitlyn Jones (Danny) and Jesse Nelson; his great grandchildren, Isaac, Vincent, Hayden and Evelyn; and his brothers, Richard Plummer and Paul Plummer.
